A shared goal.
A clear way forward.

Every requirement is different. The starting point is the same: understand the outcome, agree the scope and make the next decision clear.

From the first conversation to the next milestone.

Whether the assignment concerns supply, growth or partnerships, the working relationship should be clear from the outset.

Before you commit

Questions worth answering early.

What is included?

Define the deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and specialist input required for the engagement.

Who is responsible?

Agree commercial roles, approval points, fees, supplier terms and any logistics or after-sales obligations.

What does success mean?

Identify the decision, acceptance criteria or milestone that will show whether the brief has been met.

Do you support requirements across different sectors?

Start by describing the requirement. Suitability, technical expertise and supply or partner availability must be established for the individual assignment. The enquiry is the starting point for that assessment.

Can monitoring or technology support be included?

For relevant equipment or operational assignments, we can discuss whether monitoring should be part of the brief. Sensors, connectivity, software, specialist providers, responsibilities and cost need to be scoped before any capability or performance benefit is promised.

Is the first enquiry a commitment?

No. It starts a scoping conversation. Any engagement requires an agreed scope and commercial terms.
